Vertical Visions offers most major brands of blinds, shades, and shutters! Our brands include Hunter Douglas, Alta Window Fashions, Lutron, Graber, Skyco, Carole Fabrics, and many more! We also carry a wide-range of motorized shade motors from Somfy!

Do you offer repairs or warranty services on our blinds and shades?

Yes! If you purchase your blinds or shades from Vertical Visions we can help with all repair and warranty request! Don’t mess around by calling an 800 number! Contact us and we will handle all of your window treatment repair needs!

Can you help me change or recharge my battery operated shades and blinds?

Yes, we can! Although changing and recharging the batteries in your blinds and shades is easy to do yourself, Vertical Visions can help! Keep in mind that changing and charging batteries is not considered a warranty service and a service call will apply.

I want to order window coverings for my home, but I am not in town. Can I purchase them remotely?

Yes! Our main goal in any window treatment purchase is to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible. As long as we have a way to get inside of your home to get the measurements we can have it all done without you ever stepping inside of a showroom! We can send you digital samples or ship samples to you! Vertical Visions is fully licensed, bonded and insured so you don’t need to worry about the security of your home while you are gone!

I am building a new home and want to plan for motorized shades but don’t know where to start. Can you help?

Yes! While most window treatment companies won’t help you until you are ready to place the order, Vertical Visions is at your service well before! In fact, the best time to call us is before drywall goes up. We can decide where we want motorized shades, plan pre-wiring, and design recessed shade pockets. Taking the time to do this early on in the home building process will help ensure that your blind and shade installation goes flawlessly! We do! Vertical Visions has partnered with Synchrony Bank to offer multiple financing options to help make your window covering purchase easier!

Do you travel to other areas?

Although our primary market is the Coachella Valley, we can help accommodate any out-of-town projects. This will be on a case-by-case basis. Provide us details on the window treatment project and we can discuss!

I can’t wait to have my new blinds, shades, and shutters installed in my home! What is the lead time?

Vertical Visions strives to have your window coverings installed as quick as possible. We have more trained installation technicians than any other shade company in the Coachella Valley, ensuring that we can get your window treatment job done as soon as we receive the order! Most products take about 4 weeks from start to finish, however, due to material availability it may vary. Need your order done sooner? Let us know your desired installation date and we will do our best to accommodate!

Does Vertical Visions or any of their manufacturers accept returns or cancellations on orders?

No. As per our contract, we cannot accept returns or cancellations on any orders. All blinds and shades are custom ordered. The customer is responsible for all color, material, and product selections. However, if you are unhappy with a product selected, Vertical Visions will try to help by providing the maximum discount possible.
